This Privacy Policy describes how Capitare Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Capitare," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with the website capitare.com (the "Site"). We designed this Site to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information we collect
The Site has no accounts, forms, or trackers. The information we receive is limited to:
- Correspondence. If you email us at an address listed on the Site, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Technical data. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) processes standard server data — such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages — to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing trackers on the Site.
How we use information
We use correspondence to respond to inquiries and conduct our business relationships. We use technical data to operate, secure, and maintain the Site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who support our operations — currently our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our email provider (Google LLC) — with professional advisors, or where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Any successor to our business may receive information as part of that transaction.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@capitare.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes to our practices — for example, if we add analytics — will be reflected before they take effect.
